The Great Mambo Chicken
This image was inspired by the gigantic animatronic steam-punk sculptures roaming Les Machines de l'lies, a defunct shipyard turned artist community in Nantes, France.
Alternate Zbrush Course flyer
2nd Flyer created to advertise my course in Zbrush at the Baltimore Academy of Illustration
Nun-Fu
This image is the result of a homework assignment from a class I attended at the Baltimore Academy of Illustration - http://www.baltimoreillustration.com. The assignment was to create an imaginary movie poster for a film about Kung-Fu fighting nuns. The class in editorial Illustration was taught by Greg Houston.
Petey Pinkerton Sunshine Inspector, Rainbow Tuner and Cloud Repair
Tis is a teaser image for a book I am currently writing and illustrating

First Contact
A panel from a short comic I am working on about a young boy and his family living on a space colony.
BAI flyer
flyer created for my course in Zbrush at the Baltimore Academy of Illustration .
The Ants
This image was inspired by a friend of mine's story about a group of ants embarking on an adventure. I sought to produce likable characters that were also realistic in their anatomy.
The Dragon On The Boardwalk
I created this image to accompany a story I was writing about a dragon in search of an ice-cream that he could eat before it melted due to his fiery breath. This image shows his first attempt in buying an ice cream cone from a boardwalk vendor. The dragon's name is Allagyle.
The Griffon
This is one of my favorite characters. The combination of rendering fur and feathers was a unique challenge, but it is the expression on the griffon's face that endeared me to him the most. I created him as a friend for my dragon with the ice cream problems.
Eat The Peach
This image is from another homework assignment from my editorial illustration class at The Baltimore Academy of Illustration - http://www.baltimoreillustration.com. We were challenged to make a movie poster for an existing movie in our own reinterpretation. The movie I chose is an Irish film from 1986 called Eat The Peach. The movie is about an out of work Irish man that decides to build a "Wall of Death" to race his motorcycle around the inside wall, defying gravity for spectators.
The Dragon Lighting the Stove
This is another image from my story about Allagyle the dragon. In this scene he is attempting to cook in his dragon's lair kitchen.
The Sea Monster
This is another one of my favorite characters. In this story I imagine our sea monster asleep at the bottom of the sea and then being rudely awoken by the bonk of an anchor to her head. As she surfaces to investigate the perpetrator is nowhere to be seen.
I Am the Unknowable
"I am the Unknowable" is from an assignment from Greg Houston's class in editorial illustration at The Baltimore Academy of Illustration - http://www.baltimoreillustration.com. The title was the only instruction given for the project.
Pretty Bird
I submitted this picture of a rather gruesome looking bird for a Halloween contest. I won "most original monster." I like to imagine she is still there, outside my window.
Christmas Card
I chose Allagyle again for my Christmas card. Apparently its not just ice-cream falling victim to his fiery breath.
The Hungry Dragon
A portrait of Allagyle the dragon.
A Troll on The Beach
I spend a lot of time on the beach building sandcastles. I think this is what I must look like.
The Boids
I am experimenting with a more cartoonish style with these guys. I'm hoping to add some more characters, perhaps a crow?
